«It is important to me to build up resources, raise awareness and dispel myths and taboos surrounding the peripartum period.»
Profession
Trained in psychology and social sciences at the University of Lausanne, I hold a master's degree in child and adolescent psychology, granting me the protected title of psychologist. Passionate about perinatality, I dedicate my practice to this transition period to parenthood and, more generally, to supporting parenthood, as an independent FSP psychologist in my office in Morges, as well as remotely.
Often portrayed as a happy time, the transition to parenthood is a sensitive period that leaves many parents feeling helpless. This period is sometimes accompanied by difficulties or questions. Many parents feel alone in facing their challenges, and may experience shame or guilt. I offer psychological support for parents and future parents during this rich period of upheaval.
Hobbies
Creative arts, singing, dancing, mindfulness in nature.
My Commitment
What drives me is supporting women, men, and couples who take on the complex role of parent. It is also about contributing to the development of resources, raising awareness, and fighting against the myths and taboos associated with perinatality. For these various reasons, I take great pleasure in contributing to the Periparto association. Since 2024, I have co-facilitated discussion groups with Élodie Azoulay (Romandie manager) and participated in the association's events aimed at raising public awareness. More recently, I have occasionally intervened for so-called "transition interviews" to provide a first professional space for those in need, while waiting for follow-up support to be established. My motto: there are no difficulties too small to seek help!
