Remember that being a parent is a learning process, where making mistakes is part of the journey. No one is perfect, not even mothers and fathers.
Just have the courage to leave gaps – no one can do everything perfectly. You can focus on the aspects that are particularly close to your heart.
Being a parent is a challenge for everyone, you are not alone. You can also be proud of what you have already accomplished.
Allow yourself a little moment of relaxation every day.
Move regularly. Move in ways that feel good to you.
Pause and check in with how you are feeling right now. Keep a mood journal or use apps to regularly pause and write down how you are doing and what you need.
Share your feelings, expectations, and helpful strategies with others.
Take a moment each day to think about what you are grateful for today, what went well, and who has given you affection, love, and support.
Allow yourself some relief. You can find support services in your area and at counseling centers in your region.
Trust your intuition and follow your own path.
